We are still experiencing really high waters

in Mosquito Lagoon and Indian River Lagoon. Fishing has been really good this month so far and I feel it’s getting better. The mullet run is in full effect now and cooler day are starting to come around so that makes for some great fishing for big bull reds, trout, and black drum. The Snook and tarpon are also biting really good right now. Fly fishing has been tough lately with the high winds but can definitely produce if you get out of the wind. Big bull reds are starting to school up and that makes for really good site fishing. The water clarity has been really poor lately so darker colors seem to be doing the trick. I’ve been using a lot of top waters in natural color and darker color jerk Baits and paddle tails.
